The hotel is located in a quiet area, Though, far from Buenos Aires' tourist attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pools and garden. Service was decent and the facilities were generally upscale, such as the pools and conference center.

The hotel's food service was subpar, with low-quality breakfast and room service food.

We came here four years ago and had a great time. This time a disaster.. Pto 1. Old, everything looks old and worn out. Zero maintenance.. Pto 2. To save light the corridors were dim, the corridor through the convention center to get to the kids club was off! Pt3. That today they charge wifi, for those who are 50 pesos it's a terror! Raise the rate but overlap this cost! It does not give that they charge 50 pesos directly ... is well lowered cost, but it is a sheraton if I wanted something cheap I went to another chain .. Pto4. I had to ask for the toothbrush and hygiene kit, and almost as a favor they bring it to me.. when all over the planet earth it is something basic... I suggest you rethink what audience you're running the hotel for.

The location: It's easy to get there and close to Capital Federal. Night Restaurant "Don Giovanni": We ate delicious and abundant at a good price! 700$ per person. There is a 20% discount with Club La Nacion. Room: Very wide and it has the pack soccer, I am very fanatic of River and I could see the party calmly. The staff is very nice and friendly.

It's a run-down hotel. He looks old and neglected. I'll tell you some disappointing things:. - Parking: It has no security of its own, so if you're robbed or something happens the hotel doesn't take care of it. It's weird. - Pool: It's small and too full. You can't even rest. Badly located (you have to pass in mesh or dressing gown in the middle of the lobby to get close). - Breakfast: Lazy for a 5 star. The orange juice was of the industrial cardboard. I was left with the impression that it is a hotel that has already seen its good times and today they take it to the right people.

the spa and wellness center was a perfect escape, offering unique massages and high-quality services. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by lush gardens, giving a tranquil atmosphere and plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

Although the service was satisfactory, one minor issue I noticed was the delay in room service. It took longer than expected to get some basic requests fulfilled.

pools and park were very good and enjoyable. gym is adequate and has a nice view of the park.

We had to wait a long time for the reception. chairs of the psicinas were not enough for all the guests, most beautiful and comfortable ones, besides being very few, must be reserved and paid separately about 50/60 USD per day. rooms are very old (carpets, curtains, decoration) but also the taps would have to be changed directly. It lacks maintenance and modernization. Besides, they do not have the usual services of a 5-star hotel, such as a kettle, tea and coffee for the room and bathroom products are limited to shampoo, conditioner and soap. Other hotels for these costs or less give more services and products. room when we arrived had a lot of cigarette smell being that it is prohibited, although they could change us, they do not have smoke detectors or signs to enforce the rules. We loved the peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast spread was amazing with a great variety of options, including soy milk which we appreciated. The outdoor pool and pool area were definitely a highlight of our stay, perfect for relaxing and lounging. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The swimming pools were beautiful and serene, and it was a great place to unwind after a long day at work. the gym was modern and well-equipped, so I could keep up with my workouts while on a business trip.

The service at breakfast was a bit slow, and the options were limited. However, the quality of the food was decent, and it was good to start the day with fresh orange juice.

Enjoyable Stay We had a great stay in a nice hotel with a peaceful location. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We especially liked that they offered soy milk, which was unexpected. the hotel is located close to a big shopping mall with plenty of dining options, within walking distance. A bonus was that the hotel was only 30 minutes away from the city, making it great for a city trip.
